Roasted Cabbage

My soul was craving this cabbage recipe I sent to my bestie last week — we were both drooling just talking about how good it looked.

Today, my body was not wanting any source of animal protein so this was the perfect occasion to try it out. Not sure if this is the right recipe but from what I saw from the video I think I got it right — plus it was SO DELICIOUS!!!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cabbage

  • 2 yolks

  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • Red pepper to taste

  • Dil to taste

  • Sea salt flakes

  • 1/2 lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Heat a pan with olive oil.

  2. Add cabbage and turned when cooked ( 5 min each side)

  3. Combine in a bowl the 2 yolk’s, peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

  4. After the cabbage is ready add the mix and lime juice.

  5. Sparkle some dill, red pepper, sea salt flakes and olive oil.

  6. Enjoy

The flavors tasted so good combined together and the lime juice gave it the perfect acid touch.
