Banana Smoothie

Nothing better than starting your day with a nutrient dense breakfast. Protein increases muscle mass and streght, reduces craving, lowers you blood pressure, helps maintain weight loss, helps our body repair itself after having a surgery and many more benefits.

I love smoothies, they are my favorite kind of breakfast. Its easy to make and its ready in a few minutes.

Don’t be afraid to change the fruit if you desire to.

Here are the ingredients you’ll need:

  • 1/2 banana (frozen)

  • 1 cup of almond milk or your choice

  • Vanilla protein

  • Ice

    Instructions:

    Add all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy.
